Every unit showcases refinished wood floors and original architectural features including historic doors with glass transoms, fireplace mantels, and other unique details. Finishes include distinctive salvaged wood panels, custom concrete countertops, and ceramic tile throughout the bathroom and walk in shower. Each unit is equipped with an electric range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and washer/dryer.
